Prime Nexus Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to join our growing Montgomery team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to build experience in sales, marketing, team leadership, and day-to-day business operations.


Youโ€™ll begin by learning our AT&T retail campaign from the ground up, including customer engagement, sales, brand representation, and performance tracking. As you develop, youโ€™ll take on additional responsibilities related to team support, training, campaign operations, and leadership.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Represent AT&T products and services in a face-to-face retail environment
  • Engage with customers and explain current wireless products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
  • Learn daily sales, marketing, and operational procedures
  • Track individual and team performance goals
  • Assist with training and supporting newer team members
  • Develop leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Work alongside management to support daily campaign operations
  • Take on increased leadership responsibilities based on performance and development
