Job Description
The Dynamics CRM Staff Consultant will have a bachelors or a higher degree in computer science. Candidates with one (1) year experience in MSFT technology stack will be preferred. Experience in Dynamics CRM is a huge plus but not mandatory to apply for the position. As a consultant at FMT Consultants, you will utilize best practices and methodologies to plan and design, build, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
โ€ข This Consultant will participate in large, mid-size and small Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting and development projects.
โ€ข Participate in requirements gathering sessions.
โ€ข Work with clients and partner with other team members to determine functional requirements and specifications.
โ€ข Design, develop, test, and deploy custom CRM solutions.
โ€ข Engage the client as a trusted advisor and quickly gain credibility.
โ€ข Engage with Account Managers and clients during the presales phase to collect necessary information to draft Statements of Work.
โ€ข Investigate business needs and discuss new opportunities with the clients.
Qualifications
โ€ข Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly
โ€ข Advanced understanding of algorithms
โ€ข Excellent Problem Solving skills
โ€ข Development experience - C# and/or VB.NET is a plus
โ€ข SQL Server experience - TSQL, SSRS, SSIS preferred
โ€ข Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge preferred, but not required
โ€ข Consulting experience preferred, but not required
โ€ข Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation
โ€ข Outstanding client relationship skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently or as a strong team player
โ€ข B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major or equivalent experience
