Job description

Job Title: Infor LN Functional ConsultantIntroduction:

The Infor LN Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and stabilizing LN planning processes to support manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role requires a strong expertise in MPS, MRP, and planning master data management within the Infor LN system.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and optimization of planning processes, including MPS, MRP, forecasting, and supply/demand balancing
  • Configure and maintain LN planning parameters, item planning setup, and master data structures critical to planning accuracy
  • Ensure integrity and alignment of planning master data to support MRP execution
  • Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for planning issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align LN solutions with operational workflows
  • Support implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across LN planning modules
Requirements:Required Experience & Skills:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Infor LN (or Baan) in planning/manufacturing domains
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
    • Planning cycles, forecast consumption, and supply-demand balancing
  • Strong understanding of planning master data structures and dependencies
  • Experience in multi-site/global manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
