Our Assistant Managers are key players on the leadership team, supporting the General Manager and helping run the playbook every shift. From the floor to the kitchen to the bar-you're in the action, making sure everything runs smoothly and every guest leaves a winner.
You help drive operational excellence, support team development, and ensure every shift delivers the energy, quality, and experience our fans expect. You lead by example, jump in when it counts, and keep the team focused on what matters most-great food, great service, and great vibes.
What You'll Do
• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team-helping build an all-star lineup
• Help execute daily operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas
• Step in where needed-front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout-to keep things running strong
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement

• You know the game. Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred
• Experience counts. High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1-3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike.
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
• Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• This role requires the completion of a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver's license to travel between units, a satisfactory background check, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
• Has successfully managed each department, Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH for a minimum of three periods each.
