We are looking for aย Technicalย Program Directorย to lead large-scale, complex technology programs within a public sector environment.ย 

This is aย senior, strategic leadership roleย that sits at the intersection ofย engineering, data, and product strategy. You will drive end-to-end program success across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with bothย business outcomes and technical excellence.ย 

Unlike a traditional project or program manager role, this position requiresย deep technical fluency, strong executive presence, and the ability to influenceย architecture, product direction, and data strategy.ย 

You'llย act as aย trusted technical advisor, working across product, engineering, and delivery teams to align business outcomes with cloud capabilities.ย

Program Leadership & Strategyย 

  • Leadย large, cross-functional programsย from strategy through execution and deliveryย 
  • Defineย program vision, success metrics, and KPIsย aligned with business and technical goalsย 
  • Partner with engineering, product, and data leadership to shapeย roadmaps and prioritiesย 
  • Act as aย strategic advisor, influencing long-term product and platform directionย 

Technical & Data-Driven Executionย 

  • Driveย data-informed decision-making, including experimentation strategies (A/B testing, measurement frameworks)ย 
  • Ensure programs leverageย robust analytics, tracking, and reporting frameworksย 
  • Identify opportunities for optimization throughย quantitative analysis and performance insightsย 
  • Guide teams in buildingย scalable, data-driven platforms and systemsย 

Program Delivery & Governanceย 

  • Overseeย multiple workstreams, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestonesย 
  • Establish strong governance, includingย executive reporting, communication cadence, and stakeholder alignmentย 
  • Ensure consistent delivery againstย quality, scope, and timeline expectationsย 
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers across teamsย 

Technical Oversight (Cloud & Architecture)ย 

  • Provide oversight onย architecture, scalability, and system design, particularly in cloud environmentsย 
  • Review and challenge technical decisions to ensure alignment with best practicesย 
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to ensureย robust, secure, and scalable solutionsย 
Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:ย 

  • 8+ years of experience leadingย technical programs, platforms, or engineering initiativesย 

  • Proven ability to manageย large-scale, multi-stream programsย in a client-facing or consulting environmentย 

  • Strong understanding of theย software development lifecycleย and enterprise system deliveryย 

  • Experience drivingย data-informed programs, including experimentation and performance measurementย 

  • Professional level GCP certification is mandatory.

  • Deep familiarity with Googleย cloud platformsย and modern architectures

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, includingย executive-level communicationย 

  • Experience influencing bothย technical and business decision-makingย 

  • Certifications in cloud or program management (e.g.,ย GCP, PMP,ย SAFe)ย 

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)ย 

Nice to have qualifications ย 
  • Experience working inย public sector or regulated environmentsย 
  • Hands-on exposure toย analytics, data platforms, or experimentation frameworksย 
  • Familiarity withย architecture patterns, microservices, and distributed systemsย 
  • Background inย data-driven platforms or digital ecosystemsย
