Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who anticipates needs, enhances efficiency, and helps create a positive and professional workplace atmosphere.

The Executive Assistant performs the following essential functions:

  • Providing high-level executive administrative support to a Senior Executive
  • Manage complex calendars
  • Screen, prioritize and respond to incoming communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Coordinate special events
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions and offsite meetings
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items and ensure follow up on deliverables
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare executive level presentations, documents, reports and correspondence

Education, Experience and Training:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience supporting C-suite Executive and their team required.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities
  • Ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent computer skills
