Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.

The Work

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives and project leadership, ensuring efficient office and project operations in support of the client’s requirements. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the executive team, internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating effective communication, scheduling, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support using the MS Office Suite.
  • Apply working knowledge of MilPDS, GTC, DTS, ERM, and DDR to support administrative processes as required.
  • Provide administrative and program support to the Commander's Support Staff (CSS) (e.g. In/Out processing, monitoring/managing performance reports, and other programs assigned by the client.
  • Provide administrative support to squadron senior leadership (e.g. calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel).
  • Support coordination of schedules, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – Here’s What You Need

  • Executive Assistant Journeyman:
    • Associate’s degree or approved equivalent experience.
    • 5 years’ related experience, Working knowledge of MilPDS, GTC, DTS, ERM, and DOR.
    • Active Secret Security Clearance.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
