We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to support the ownership of a growing hospitality and real estate company. The right candidate will act as a trusted partner—anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly both professionally and personally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist with real estate and long-term rental coordination as needed
