The Senior Director, Data & Analytics is a strategic enterprise leader responsible for shaping KEEN's data vision and transforming the organization into a truly data-driven and AI-enabled business. This role goes beyond platform ownership. It defines how data and analytics create competitive advantage across merchandising, DTC, wholesale, supply chain, finance, and global operations. The Senior Director will connect strategy to execution - translating business priorities into scalable data capabilities, modern analytics, and intelligent decision frameworks.

As Head of the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), this leader will unify technical and functional analytics communities, elevate data literacy, standardize KPIs, and embed analytics into everyday business decision-making. Success in this role requires both deep technology expertise and strong retail/consumer industry knowledge to ensure rapid, practical impact.

  • Provides executive-level thought leadership on how analytics can improve margin, inventory productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Leads enterprise data architecture and platform direction, ensuring scalability, governance, and reliability.
  • Leads and evolves the Analytics Center of Excellence, establishing governance standards, KPI harmonization, intake processes, and enterprise decision rights.
  • Builds and develops a high-performing team of Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Technical Data Analysts; strengthen the broader analyst community through education and capability building.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership; communicate progress through business impact metrics, not just technical milestones.

  • Minimum of five (5) years leading enterprise-scale data or analytics teams.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
