Senior Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:
  • Manage a high-volume collections portfolio (approximately 800 accounts)

  • Handle accounts ranging from low balance to high-value (up to $100K)

  • Oversee a portfolio totaling approximately $2.5M–$6M

  • Perform consistent follow-up on outstanding balances via phone and email

  • Maintain detailed records of collection activity and account status

  • Utilize Excel (pivot tables required) to track, analyze, and report on collections data

Qualifications of the Collections Specialist:
  • Strong experience in high-volume B2B collections

  • Proven ability to manage a large and complex accounts portfolio
