Job Description The Senior Collections Analyst will assist attorneys in managing and collecting unpaid accounts receivable, working closely with the Director of Collections to ensure accounts are effectively monitored to prevent delinquencies. Responsibilities include preparing monthly collection reports, supporting documentation, and developing relationships with billing attorneys to promote ongoing collection practices. The role involves contacting clients with overdue payments, negotiating balances, setting up payment plans, and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of collections experience in a professional services setting, preferably a law firm, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
