This dual-coded position provides the opportunity to work as both a Sportsbook Representative ($17.00 +tokes) and a Sportsbook Supervisor ($24.00 per hour), with scheduled days assigned to each role. Team members will perform front-line responsibilities serving guests directly, as well as supervisory functions to support and oversee sportsbook operations.

Representative Responsibilities
  • Accurately write, verify, and pay tickets for sports wagers in accordance with departmental policies and jurisdictional gaming regulations.

  • Maintain an assigned cash bank throughout the shift, ensuring accurate handling of payments and change.

  • Process sports wagers and payouts in a timely and precise manner.

  • Clearly explain betting lines, odds, and wagering rules to guests.

  • Ensure sportsbook stations are fully stocked, clean, and organized.

  • Reconcile cash bank at the end of each shift, adhering to established cash-handling procedures.

  • Comply with Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements.

  • Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to guests, including information on property amenities and activities.

  • Create and input player tracking cards.

  • Promptly escalate guest concerns or suspicious activity to management.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all company and departmental matters.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Supervise Sportsbook team members to ensure adherence to company policies, Title 31 and SAR requirements, internal controls, and applicable gaming regulations.

  • Monitor sportsbook activity for suspicious behavior and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Reconcile cash drawers and close out Sportsbook Representatives at the end of their shifts, ensuring funds and documentation are accurate and secure.

  • Prepare and distribute daily sports sheets and ensure station readiness.

  • Approve or deny wagers within authorized limits.

  • Maintain and update customer sheets and betting odds in accordance with policy.

  • Resolve guest disputes promptly and professionally within scope of authority.

  • Collaborate with the Sportsbook Manager to implement guest service strategies, revenue initiatives, and expense control measures.

  • Assist in departmental budgeting, compliance, and operational improvements.

  • Support employee training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, and scheduling.

  • Encourage team member engagement by addressing feedback, concerns, and suggestions.

  • Promote a culture of safety and awareness to reduce workplace injuries.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and offerings.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high-volume, cash-handling customer service role; prior supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with sportsbook operations and betting terminology a plus; training provided as needed.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supervisory Responsibilities (as scheduled):

  • Support team development and training initiatives.

  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Recommend staffing and scheduling adjustments to meet operational needs.

  • Manage workflow and ensure adherence to departmental procedures.

  • Provide input on coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
