Responsibilities
  • Assists with drafting user stories and documentation
  • Supports backlog organization and tracking
  • Prepares materials for Agile ceremonies
  • Participates in requirements sessions
  • Compiles feedback and assists with reporting
  • Coordinates meetings and communications
  • Supports training materials and onboarding
  • Ensures documentation accuracy
  • Tracks issues and follow Agile practices

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or internships
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows core services, including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, GPOs, and permissions
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, including the provisioning and management of virtual machines and virtual networks
  • Experience with the troubleshooting and configuration of Windows client and server operating systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for network related issues involving switches, firewalls, VLANs and ports
  • Experience with vulnerability management and remediation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Exposure to Agile concepts
  • Interest in product management and technology
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
Tthis ranges from $87,000-$115,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
