As product costing manager, you will represent the COE for global product costing, supporting the business with planning activities and providing analysis and highlights on LSCO COGS. You will ensure our inventory's values are up to date with accurate costs. By providing analytics, this helps leadership make important decisions regarding our assortment and plans that drive margin improvement.

About the Job

  • Manage the go-to-market process for Levi's and Signature Brands by working with key business partners to develop and perform seasonal costing/IGM roll-ups and analytics
  • Provide value added business decision support to GSC leadership team and global brands as it pertains to product costs and investments, sourcing variances and other COGS analytics
  • Work closely with GSC senior management to develop longer-term strategies and plans to reduce COGS and maximize total shareholder returns.
  • Work with GSC senior management to proactively identify, develop and drive longer-term strategies and initiatives that will reduce COGS and maximize total shareholder returns.
  • Assist GSC leadership team and Finance in the development of Strategic Plan and Annual Financial Plan
  • Responsible for forecasting and reporting on Ops Admin for the Product Souring org.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting and forecasting of the US's COGS variances
  • Review and ensuring product costs are updated in SAP/S4 as part of the Inventory Revaluation cycle, and on daily/weekly basis
  • Own the review of PPV/Sourcing variances
  • Perform several Ad hoc requests and projects
  • Manage and develop a team of 2-3 analysts

About You

  • BS/BA in Finance/Business Administration, MBA or CPA.
  • 5+ years' experience of financial or business planning and analysis experience.
  • Broad knowledge of financial analysis, financial math, financial engineering, P&L and B/S management, accounting, consolidation and reporting financial modeling.
  • Capability to interact at all levels to lead participation and partnership across a geographically diversified group of colleagues.
  • Work in a matrix environment but also independently, managing multiple owners.
  • Experience with SAP/Essbase.
  • Manage large amounts of data, including collection, consolidation, analysis, and summarizing into a cohesive framework.
  • Experience understanding P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Manage personal performance and development by guiding own learning and performance growth, sharing experience with others.
  • Demonstrate LS&Co behaviors and our values.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $113,00 - $165,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. We will base the amount a employee will earn within the salary range on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
