Role Description The Apparel Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for managing the lifecycle of styles from development through bulk production. In this position, the coordinator tracks production calendars, monitors milestones, and updates internal systems to ensure on-time delivery of all apparel styles. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors and factories, preparing and issuing purchase orders, reviewing samples and pre-production approvals, and maintaining accurate records for fabrics, trims, and finished goods. The role also involves resolving production-related issues, communicating changes to cross-functional teams (such as design and merchandising), and ensuring that quality standards and cost targets are met. The coordinator will regularly support inventory and shipping teams with status updates, troubleshoot delays, and help refine processes that improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills, including scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating with vendors and factories.
