As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced kitchen, working closely with our Executive Chef to deliver high-quality dishes that delight our members. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a supportive environment where creativity and teamwork are valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Operations: Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menu items that reflect current food trends.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in ordering and managing inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all meals are prepared and served with excellence, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Requirements
