Help bring fun and memorable food and beverage experiences to life at the Delta Center!
As an Activation Cart Attendant, you will operate mobile food and beverage carts throughout premium clubs and event spaces. This position works with Culinary and Premium leadership to set up, serve, maintain, and break down creative cart activations that guests can enjoy throughout the season.
Cart activations may include food or beverage concepts such as street corn, mimosas, margaritas, guacamole and chips, Mexican fruit, or other creative seasonal ideas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Model and promote Levy's Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and break down mobile activation carts before, during, and after events.
  • Provide friendly, engaging, and personable service to guests.
  • Work with Culinary and Premium leadership to execute food and beverage cart activations.
  • Prepare, assemble, garnish, and present activation items according to Levy standards.
  • Keep carts clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout service.
  • Restock food, beverages, utensils, cups, napkins, garnishes, condiments, and supplies as needed.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, temperatures, and product levels.
  • Handle alcoholic beverages according to Levy standards and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
  • Follow all food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, alcohol-service, and workplace-safety procedures.
  • Properly store, label, rotate, and secure food, beverage products, supplies, and equipment.
  • Communicate product needs, guest feedback, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management.
  • Assist with cleanup, product counts, waste tracking, inventory organization, and month-end inventory as assigned.
  • Share creative ideas for new activation cart concepts that enhance the guest experience.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Food service, beverage service, bartending, catering, premium hospitality, or guest-service experience is preferred.
  • Friendly, engaging, personable, and comfortable interacting with guests.
  • Strong communication skills and guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering with Culinary, Premium leadership, and team members.
  • Ability to stay organized, move with urgency, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Creativity and willingness to help bring new cart ideas to life.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, bend, push, pull, and safely move mobile carts and supplies.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Jazz games, Mammoth games, and concerts as assigned.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate.
