What Will I be Doing?

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Sports Marketing & Sponsorships, the Director is responsible for executing best-in-class sports marketing and sponsorship initiatives that drive brand awareness, partner value, and revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-impact events, managing sponsorship relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives across the sports and experiential marketing portfolio.

The Director leads day-to-day execution across key partnerships, events, and activations while ensuring alignment with the broader sponsorship strategy and organizational goals. 

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  •  Strong understanding of sports marketing, sponsorships, and experiential marketing execution
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Strong partner management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with sponsorship agreements, asset activation, and hospitality programs
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • High attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence

  • Lead the planning and execution of major sports activations, hospitality programs, and experiential events (e.g., golf tournaments, racing events, and other premier partnerships)

  • Manage agency partners, vendors, and event operations teams to deliver flawless execution
  • Identify opportunities to enhance fan engagement, guest experience, and brand visibility
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all sponsorship and experiential touchpoints
  • Assist in budget management, forecasting, and cost controls for assigned programs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members (if applicable) and contribute to a high-performing team culture
