Job Summary
As the Executive Club Supervisor, you will establish a warm welcome and professional atmosphere for all ownership executives, clients, and team members. You will be the liaison between the ownership group and the Levy team in addition to making sure guests feel comfortable and secure throughout their visit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests.
• Anticipates and address guests and ownerships needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Promotes teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with Culinary and Leadership team to reach common goals.
• Responsible for initial set-up and presentation of space along with ensuring serving areas are always kept clean and in an orderly state.
• Provides a professional, efficient arrival and departure experience for guests while creating a memorable visit.
• Acts as first point of contact for all activities in the lounge, always remaining alert. Serves as point person, taking ownership of any challenges that may arise within the operation, resolving them, or following escalation procedures as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous Hospitality Food & Beverage experience required
• Experience in executive client services preferred
• Computer skills including MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
