This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio, as defined in the Standards of Sales Performance.
  • Engage potential customers in non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers
  • Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new or additional Spectrum services within assigned properties.
  • Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy, using appropriate tools and resources, and follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors’ activities, pricing, and offers throughout the assigned territory, and inform the supervisor/manager of changing competitive programs or marketing directions.
  • Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learning and feedback to improve individual sales results.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting, in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines and required timeframes.
  • Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policy and guidelines.

Working Conditions   

  • Spend approximately 80% of your time outdoors, walking door-to-door and lifting up to 20 pounds in various weather
  • Work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, split days off and holidays
