Job description

The Evening Operations Manager oversees and coordinates the evening-to-night operations of our organization. Will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, managing staff effectively, and addressing any issues that arise during the evening shift. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction during non-standard business hours.

  • Assists the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the operational function at the Complex.
  • Directs the nightly cleaning.
  • Continually analyzes operational functions and suggests to the Senior Project
  • Manager immediate corrective action when performance deviates from standard.
  • Walks buildings during work shifts to ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
  • Interprets and implements approved operational policies, methods, and procedures.
  • Develops and trains subordinate supervisors.
  • Appraises their performance and implements action for promotion, transfer, or termination.
  • Ensures the proper handling of customer complaints and problems.
  • Keeps the Sr. Project Manager informed of serious or repeated problems.
  • Develops and maintains plans to ensure that the complaint does not repeat.
  • Ensures consistent reporting and feedback of all necessary information with the
