Also, will provide an environment that you can make living selling hot tubs. ObjectivesEnsure 100% customer satisfaction by providing stand-out service to Bullfrog Spas customers. Help to increase store sales and build customer loyalty. This is a full-time position. Will receive an hourly pay plus a commission per spa sold. This role will support our Elgin, IL store location. Pay will start at a $20.00 per hour during a 60-day training program and then switch to the $16.00 per hour base pay with a 3% commission on personal sales. With a potential to make $60,000 - $85,000 per year. ResponsibilitiesAssist in-store customers with Sales of SpasAssist in-store customers with supplies and chemicalsReceive and respond to customer phone calls and emailsStock merchandise and maintain retail portion of warehouseEfficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areasSpa payment and delivery coordinationImprove and execute follow up methods with new and existing customersProduct purchasing, stocking and inventory controlAssist with store marketing activitiesMaintain cleanliness and appearance of showroomSkills/QualificationsAt least one year of sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Organized self-starter. Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network. Professional customer service skills. Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers. Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings even if outside regular business hours, as required. Administrative organization skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Time Management, verbal communication, self-confidence. Promoting process improvement and decision making, attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.MiscellaneousAdvise and assist the store manager(s) with special projects and events as needed. When deemed necessary, assist with any/all needs, and other duties and assigned. Must be willing and able to work weekends. Must be willing to work off-site events.
