Spanish-Speaking RN PCA Instructor

Job Summary:

Rockaway Home Care, a trusted name in home care and CDPAP, is seeking an experienced and engaging Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse to teach Personal Care Aide (PCA) training classes. As a Spanish-speaking RN PCA Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping new caregivers develop the skills needed to provide safe and compassionate home care. If you are comfortable teaching in Spanish, have strong clinical knowledge, and enjoy helping others learn, we encourage you to apply.

Job Details:

  • Pay: $350 per day

  • Schedule: One class per day

  • Location: Inwood, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Teach one PCA training class per day in Spanish

  • Present approved course materials clearly and professionally

  • Demonstrate essential personal care and safety skills

  • Evaluate students' understanding and practical performance

  • Maintain accurate attendance, testing, and training records
