Overview
Are you a compassionate and skilled Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse RN looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our team in a flexible per diem role serving individuals with developmental disabilities across the Princeton and Burlington, NJ area.
This position offers the opportunity to provide culturally competent care while gaining exposure to multiple clinical environmentsand for high-performing nurses, a clear pathway toward leadership roles, including Director of Nursing opportunities within our growing organization.
What You Will Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards
  • Deliver culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients and families
  • Perform clinical procedures, including catheterization and related care
  • Assist with patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Work across diverse settings such as Acute Care, Behavioral Health, ICU, and community-based environments
  • Accurately document patient care, including ICD coding when applicable
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
What You Bring
Required:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Active and valid Registered Nurse RN license
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
Preferred:
  • BLS Certification
  • Experience in Acute Care, ICU, Behavioral Health, or similar settings
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Hands-on experience with clinical procedures such as catheterization
Compensation and Schedule
  • Starting rate begins at $40 per hour
  • Higher pay rates available based on assignment type, patient needs, and clinical complexity
  • Per diem flexible schedule (not a full-time position)
  • Variety of assignments across multiple care settings
