Greenlight Aba is looking for Spanish speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in Glendale, AZ and surrounding cities! Cancellation pay, monthly bonuses and 2x raises per year!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24- $30 per hour, depending on experience

Expected hours: 15 โ€“ 40 per week

Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

  • 4 hour shift available
  • 8 hour shift available
  • After school
  • Choose your own hours

About the Role Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism through teaching sessions in the home or community setting.
  • Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 18.
  • Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
  • Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
  • Maintain professional boundaries around our child patients and their families as indicated by the BACB.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Willing to have a background check.
  • Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to the home of clients
  • Must possess a High School Degree
  • Bilingual is needed
