Job description

** Part Time/Full Time hire for behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in the Peoria area(IMMEDIATE HIRE!)- Pay Rate $21/hr - $30/hr**

*$500 sign on bonus for RBTs ** $250 sign on bonus for related experience**
*bonus can be paid in installments or all at once after probationary period*

***Full time positions are available for experienced ABA Technicians, RBT's, and BCATS only***

****Home Based ABA (some school cases)****

****Most positions require availability to work at least 4 hours between 2pm and 8pm Monday through Friday****

We are hiring behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with special needs in their homes teaching them and helping them change behaviors. We provide training and rapid opportunities for growth as you learn.

Most positions are part time with many flexible schedule opportunities. Full time opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Starting pay is $21-30 per hour depending on experience. ABA experience is preferred but NOT required. Benefits and paid time off available for full time team members.

  • Minimal related experience $21-24 per hour
  • Related experience $24-26 per hour
  • Experienced with ABA in a clinic or home setting with or without RBT credential $26-30 per hour

Some preliminary training and certificates may be required per state guidelines.

Quality ABA supervision mentorship available for those working towards their BCBA.

All positions are in Arizona and there are no tele-health options.
