Aviation ABA Therapy is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking to join our growing team serving families across Salt Lake County.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs, helping them develop communication, social, and life skills that allow them to thrive.

We are a boutique ABA provider focused on strong clinical support, positive team culture, and meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home settings

Implement treatment programs designed by a BCBA

Use play-based and structured ABA teaching methods

Collect and record therapy session data electronically

Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical leadership

Support Spanish-speaking families by helping bridge communication during therapy sessions

Assist with therapy materials, preparation, and organization

Follow individualized behavior intervention plans

Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality

Support generalization of skills through collaboration with families

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
—or willingness to become certified with company support

Fluent in Spanish and English

Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County

Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs

Comfortable using tablets or iPads for electronic data collection

Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children

Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and insurance
