About the Role:

We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. As an RBT with our organization, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, following individualized behavior plans created by experienced BCBAs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy
• Following individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Collecting session data using simple tools
• Collaborating with families and your supervising BCBA
• Bringing positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session

Qualifications:
