We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish speaking) insurance Agents - WORK FROM HOME to join our team!

LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and assisting with claim processing.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • No experience needed 214,240.215 license required
  • Must be fluent in Spanish (speaking)
  • Must own your laptop with Windows OS
  • Must have a cell phone
