Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, in English and Spanish.

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling correspondence.

Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general insurance needs.

Support licensed agents with administrative tasks related to sales and client management.

Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members.

Process payments and manage basic billing inquiries.


Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

Previous experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.

Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
