Job description

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Northeast region! We are looking for a values-driven, positive, and motivated professional who will strive to give the best service to our awesome customers.
As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day might include the following:
  • Provide world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
  • Engage in regional customer support activities including accurate entry of orders, quotes and RMA's, and creation and maintenance of special specifications
  • Communicate to customers and reps on deliverables and resolving of additional customer service issues with some work direction from supervisor and peers.
  • Complete and pass required customer service certifications.
  • Use judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems

This job might be for you if you have:
  • A minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • An Associate's degree or related business experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to learn concepts and technical details of products
  • The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • The ability to travel up to 10%

Salary Information
