The Opportunity:

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (SEL) seeks professional, innovative and detailed individuals for our Software Engineer - Firmware position located at our field office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Software Engineer - Firmware (Multiple Openings)

Responsibilities:

The Software Engineer - Firmware develops the specifications, designs, implements, and documents a wide range of software and firmware products developed by SEL. The incumbent will apply the principles of electrical, electronic, and computer engineering to: (1) write test plans; (2) conduct design tests; (3) prepare and maintain test and design documentation; (4) review data sheets and instruction manuals; (5) undertake to improve SEL's research and development processes; and (6) participate in industry technical meetings and conferences as required to meet operational and strategic goals.

These positions will be based out of the company's King of Prussia field office located at 2900 Horizon Drive, Suite 100, King of Prussia, PA 19406. These positions require regular on-site work at the King of Prussia field office and do not permit remote work or work-from-home arrangements.
