Position: Admin Office Assistant
Location: Huntington Beach& San Clemente  CA
Schedule: 5 days per week, 10 am-3 pm (25 hrs/week)

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Office Assistant to support our office operations, answer phones, support agents with business cards and flyers, and help the CEO, Debra, with other miscellaneous tasks that she may need. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, highly organized, and capable of handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining and organizing office flyers
  • Assisting with data entry and database management
  • Preparing presentations for meetings when necessary
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or experience as an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk are a plus
  • Proficiency in Canva is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
