Position Summary:
The Spa Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Spa Reception and Guest Services team while ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience. This position oversees front desk colleagues, spa attendants, scheduling support, retail sales performance, guest communications, and administrative functions to ensure seamless spa operations. The Spa Front Desk Supervisor serves as a key leader within the Spa, maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and financial performance while supporting the Spa Director in achieving departmental goals.
The ideal candidate is a guest-focused hospitality professional with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively balance guest satisfaction, colleague development, and operational excellence.

    • Pay Rate: $28.00/Hour
    • Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Some Weekend. Nights, and Holidays

Duties
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional guest service standards throughout all guest interactions.
