Looking for a nursing opportunity that offers flexibility while allowing you to use your skills in a meaningful way? Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Toombs County Jail on a PRN basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

• Promote quality healthcare services while maintaining professional standards

Qualifications
