Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Team Administrator (MTA) to lead our healthcare services at the Gilmer County Jail. If you're an experienced LPN looking for a leadership opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule, this position offers the perfect combination of clinical involvement, autonomy, and professional growth.
As the Medical Team Administrator, you'll serve as the on-site healthcare leader, working closely with facility staff, providers, and nursing personnel to ensure quality patient care while maintaining compliance with established healthcare standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who is ready to take the next step in their career while enjoying a predictable Monday through Friday schedule and the support of a company that has been a leader in correctional healthcare for more than 30 years.
What You'll Do
Coordinate daily healthcare operations within the facility
Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
