Job description

We are seeking a GenAI Solutions Developer to support the development and delivery of AI-powered digital employee experiences. This role will focus on building, configuring, testing, and improving practical GenAI solutionsleveraging generative AI, agents, automation, and enterprise platformsto help employees access services, information, and support more efficiently.

As part of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team, you will work closely with product owners, enterprise architects, UX/design, security, governance, and engineering teams to develop user-focused capabilities for employee onboarding, employee portals, the digital front door, and other high-value internal use cases. You will contribute to solution design discussions while primarily owning hands-on development tasks that turn business needs into working solutions.

The Sr System Analyst will also provide support for GenAI productivity tools used by employees, including Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, helping users understand capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and apply the tools responsibly. They will also be responsible to help lead workshops with departments across the company to identify high-value use cases, clarify requirements, and support rapid prototyping and delivery of GenAI-enabled solutions.

Required Education/Experience
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years full-time work experience or

Relevant Work Experience

  • Build and maintain reusable components, prompts, workflows, documentation, and support materials that help scale GenAI solution development across DEX use cases.
  • Help design and refine conversational experiences, including prompts, fallback responses, escalation paths, accessibility considerations, and user feedback loops.
  • Provide support and enablement for employee GenAI productivity tools, including Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, through demos, office hours, troubleshooting, and lightweight training.
  • Monitor user feedback, adoption patterns, support themes, and solution performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with business departments to lead or support workshops that identify high-value GenAI use cases, clarify requirements, and translate needs into user stories, prototypes, and backlog items.
  • Communicate development progress, issues, risks, and tradeoffs to product owners and stakeholders in clear, action-oriented terms.
