To thrive as a Solution Design Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, a background in business or IT, and experience with process mapping and requirements gathering. Familiarity with modeling tools like Visio, ERP or CRM platforms, and certifications such as CBAP or Six Sigma are commonly required.
