Lead consulting team across Project Management/Consulting streams in projects and accounts. Involve in business requirement analysis and documentation, functionality gap analysis, solution design discussion and solution implementation. Manage the full project life cycle including creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure. Involve in business requirement analysis, functionality gap analysis, solution design discussion and solution implementation. Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams and work with them in delivering the product features. Participate in sprint demo and review the solutions developed by the delivery team at the end of each sprint. Act as a single-point-of-contact for the customer, for all services delivery related issues and manage the business unit as a profit center. Ensure application production issues are addressed on time. Mentor team members to deliver the project deliverables on time with expected quality.
