Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in automotive or trucking environments and a proven record of tooling design and implementation

Role Overview:

The Design Engineer will be responsible for tooling and solution design across multiple variations and subsequent validation of results to ensure targets are achieved. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design tooling and solutions across multiple variations to meet project needs.
  • Validate designs and ensure results align with defined targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement designs.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications.
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and design.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
