This role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, with a focus on supporting organizational goals through effective human capital management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the full cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support performance management processes, including facilitation of appraisals and development programs.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to employees and management on HR policies and employee relations matters.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.

Requirements
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
