Green Ridge Solar is a fast growing, leading solar and energy efficiency company looking for talented sales professionals to help grow our residential market. We are seeking highly motivated, self driven sales leaders to provide exceptional sales and customer service to customers who are looking to go green, save money, and invest in increasing their home value.

Requirements:

Green Ridge Solar Consultants will work closely with potential and current customers in educating interested homeowners understand the importance of solar energy while proactively earning their business.

  • Educate consumers on the benefits of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy and environmental impact
  • Display strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Qualified, warm generated leads provided daily; supplement with personal leads and referrals
  • Properly communicate with your customers during all phases of the sale and installation process
  • Maintain a high level of customer service


Qualifications:

Experience in solar sales is preferred but not a necessity. We look for individuals who possess the personality traits that are key for success in this growing business.

  • Sales experience with big ticket items ($10k + ) desired but not required
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Persuasive, persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn new things every day
