Job description

Role: Solar Installer

Position Overview: We are looking for talented, hardworking, experienced solar installers to join our Silverton, OR install team. Ideal candidates will be reliable with at least one year of experience in roofing or solar installations and also have outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
  • Install solar/PV systems on rooftops and ground mount locations
  • Perform rafter upgrades for roof top systems
  • Place components according to diagrams
  • Seal the system against weather
  • Qualifications:
  • Roofing & framing skills
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
  • Understanding of applicable building and safety code requirements
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Solar installation experience
  • Salary: Range from $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
