Solar Energy Partners, is a rapidly growing full-service solar company providing service in Georgia & South Carolina. We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Residential Solar Installation Crew Leads. With a commitment to sustainability and renewable energy, Solar Energy Partners is dedicated to providing clean and cost-effective solar solutions to homeowners, while offering the highest quality solutions & being committed to delivering an unparalleled customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating team installing solar panels and related equipment, following design plans and specifications.

  • Mounting solar panels on rooftops or other structures, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.

  • Connecting wiring and electrical components to integrate solar systems into existing electrical systems.

  • Performing tests and inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety of solar systems.

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with solar installations and making necessary repairs.

  • Assisting with site surveys and evaluations to determine the feasibility and optimal placement of solar systems.

  • Training team members on installation processes and procedures.

  • Ensuring the team adheres to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Assisting Operations leadership with process development and continuous improvement initiatives.


Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years experience in solar installation or a related field is required.

  • Prior solar installation crew leadership is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of electrical systems and principles.

  • Experience / proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in solar installation.

  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

  • Travel between 25% and 50%
