Electrical Test Engineer
We're looking for an Electrical Test Engineer to design, develop, and support automated test equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build automated test fixtures using LabVIEW and related tools.
- Develop test strategies, procedures, and documentation for production.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and test issues, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Support production with test equipment, specifications, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with engineering on Design for Test (DFT) and new product development.
- Create and maintain schematics, BOMs, CAD files, and tester programming.
- Train production personnel on test processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead projects and mentor technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD, PCB design software, or similar CAD tools.
- LabVIEW experience preferred.
