JOB TITLE: Sales Manager

EMPLOYER: Auto Fit USA LLC

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO: General Manager / CFO


SALES MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand market share in the auto body parts aftermarket industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including body shops, dealerships, fleet services, and wholesalers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Ensure a superior customer service experience through professional interactions and effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Train and mentor sales associates, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of auto body parts, pricing structures, and industry regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the auto body parts aftermarket industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
