Job description

Results-oriented Software QA Analyst with over 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and defect management across diverse domains including investment banking, finance, insurance, and healthcare. Skilled in a broad range of testing tools, programming languages, and defect tracking systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Playwright, and TestNG.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and report issues using Jira, HP ALM, Quality Center, Zephyr, and Confluence.
  • Perform API testing with tools like Rest Assured, Postman, and Karate to validate web services.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven and Jenkins to support automated testing integration.
