Travel to Virginia for client meetings is required. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Demand response Program Manager!

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to take on the role of Program Manager, overseeing all phases of client programs from inception to completion. This role is focused on the oversight of exciting new demand response programs rolling out in the MidAtlantic region. As CLEAResult continues to collaborate with utilities to deliver impactful energy efficiency, energy transition, and decarbonization initiatives, a dedicated Program Manager to lead these important programs will ensure that our utility partners and their customers receive a high level of service and innovative offerings that deliver a real benefit to the grid.

Responsibilities For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can... Manage multiple concurrent contracts and budgets with annual revenue of $2M-$3M Execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction Understand client preferences and program deliverables Negotiation, execution, and management of contracts Direct line and second line supervision of program delivery team Matrix style functional direction of support resources for program delivery Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program results Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction Direct management and development of program staff Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) Develop program processes and make recommendations for improvement Technical document review (Project Scope, Manual and Associated Documents). Assemble data for invoicing and project reporting activities.
