Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

The primary function of this contractor role is to provide coordination, sales enablement, and administrative support to Client Channel sales initiatives, and partner programs related to software and solutions offerings.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support channel enablement activities through coordination of training sessions, administrative coordination, pipeline tracking, and opportunity follow-up
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of sales reviews, partner meetings, and sales enablement sessions.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, dashboards, and business review materials.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions from customer meetings, partner discussions, and internal sales reviews.
  • Help maintain backlog/order tracking, CRM updates, and opportunity status reporting.
  • Assist with software migration coordination and partner onboarding activities
  • Support channel enablement initiatives by organizing training materials, presentations, and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between Client internal teams and channel partners regarding ongoing projects and support requests.
  • Contribute to partner adoption initiatives and operational support programs related to Client Software and Solutions offerings.
  • Assist with gathering market feedback, customer requests, and partner activity updates for internal reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate administrative support activities for pilot programs, partner initiatives, and sales operations processes.
