Job description

We’re excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Manager of Applications Support with one of our top-tier clients in the gaming and hospitality industry. This position is ideal for a seasoned technology leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving innovation across critical hotel and casino platforms. You will oversee the application ecosystem that powers the guest experience — from the casino floor to front desk and back-office operations — ensuring reliability, integration, and excellence across all systems.
If you’ve worked with applications such as LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP Parking, Infinium, or other enterprise hospitality and gaming systems, this is your chance to make a lasting impact across a large-scale, world-class operation.
About the Role
As Senior Manager – Applications, you’ll lead a dynamic team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and delivering technology solutions across front-of-house and back-end environments. You’ll serve as the strategic link between IT and business leadership — driving application initiatives, enhancing performance, and enabling seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations for the applications team, overseeing support, development, and system enhancement activities.
  • Manage enterprise-level hospitality and gaming applications including LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP Parking, and Infinium.
  • Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to plan and deliver new system integrations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Ensure application reliability, compliance, and peak performance in a high-demand, 24x7 environment.
  • Oversee incident and problem management to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that optimize workflows and elevate the guest experience.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and partner with vendors to ensure timely fixes or updates.
  • Champion innovation and best practices across the application support function and broader technology environment.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in application support or management within gaming or hospitality environments.
  • Deep expertise with LMS and related front-of-house casino systems.
  • Track record of leading technical teams and managing enterprise system portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, systems integration, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder alignment.
  • Must obtain/maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call or after-hours shifts as needed for production support.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll guide the technology that defines the guest experience for millions of visitors. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge hospitality systems, lead skilled professionals, and play an integral role in transforming operations for one of the most recognizable names in the gaming industry.
