The Part Time Receptionist is responsible for oversight and maintenance
of the front office and lobby area, while working with other
Departments.
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Organizing Files
  • Administering Testing
  • Communicating with Students
  • Taking Payments Occasionally
  • Delivering Messages
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to fairly resolve disputes and complaints.
Thorough understanding of or ability to quickly learn the database and administrative software programs in use at the campus.
Ability to keep confidential information secure and private.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
