We are currently looking for Software Engineers to join our growing Application Teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of the current product and future product development. Join AcuityMD's Application Engineering Team, driving the core of our product by empowering VPs, marketers, sales ops, and sales reps. We deliver top-tier solutions for MedTech sales teams to define their markets and identify high-potential opportunities to take their business to the next level. You'll partner with PMs, Designers, and fellow engineers to build end-to-end features across web and mobile. • AI: You instinctively build using agentic tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc) and are invested in pushing the boundaries of what is possible with agentic development

• 5+ years as Software engineer working on product domain
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. We believe great talent comes from many paths. We consider a combination of education, training and relevant professional experience when evaluating candidates.
• Obsessed about customer needs working in a fast pace environment where driving impact is essential.
• Full stack proficiency working with technologies like TS, React, NodeJs, GQL, Postgres or other relational DBs, BigQuery and other google cloud services, or equivalent technologies
• Curious mind and enjoy learning about and working with latest technologies
• Team player that leads with empathy and leads by example

The Product:

AcuityMD uses data and software to help teams collaborate around the complex relationships they have with the users of medical technologies: doctors. Our platform empowers medical technology companies to see how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians or sites of care can better serve their patients.

AcuityMD is a remote-first company. We believe the best talent isn't confined to one zip code, so our team works from wherever they do their best work, across the U.S.

We also believe some of our best work happens face-to-face. Critical projects move faster, our products get better, and our community gets stronger when we're in the same room, so we bring the team together throughout the year for company-wide and team on-sites built around that work.

In practice: expect 4-5 in-person opportunities a year through company/team on-sites and in-person collaboration for critical projects. If you're based near our Boston hub, there's no set requirement for how often you come into the office, that's your call, based on what works best for you and your team.
